Stuffed chicken breast


1 pack skinless chicken breast
1 pack boudan stuffing
1 pack mushrooms
1 lb Colby Jack cheese
1 pack bacon

Shred the cheese and set aside. Cut up mushrooms and set aside. In a large bowl mix stuffing,mushrooms and cheese together. Set aside. Cut chicken breast down center until a thin flap but not all the way through. Use what spice you like inside and outside the chicken breast. Stuff inside of breast with the stuffing mix then wrap in bacon. Grill until done or set on broil pan until done.
