Cajun style stew


2 lbs of fajita meat or meat strips
6 ears of corn
8 Irish potatoes
1 small bag of seafood boil
1 yellow onion

Shuck the ears of corn and cut in half. Peel and cut onion into wedges. Peel and wash off potatoes then cut into bite size pieces. Take meat and lightly roll around in seafood boil. Put in glass pan. Place onion, corn and potatoes around and on top of the meat. Spinkle the rest of the seafood boil on everything. Add water until meat is covered then cover the pan with foil. Cook on 350 until done.
