Stuffed duck

Five-six good sized whole ducks
One box boudin stuffing
1 lbs block Colby jack cheese
One pack mushrooms
Six red Irish potatoes

Grade cheese in cheese grader and cut up the mushrooms and mix in with the boudin stuffing. Season duck with what you prefer and stuff with stuffing mix. Wash and cut up potatoes place ducks in glass or tin pan and place ducks inside and cover with potatoes. Cover with foil and cook at 350f until done.
