Replace support beam of old house

There is an old house here on the farm that was built in either the late 1890s, or very early 1900s. A couple of the support beams under the walls have rotted, and I want to get them replaced. The house started off as a two room home, but was added onto a few times.

The problem is, the beams are so rotten, I can not jack the wall up.

I am thinking about building a wall inside the room, use that new wall to lift the outside wall, then replace the support beam. Rather than lifting from the bottom, the ceiling would be lifting the room.

Then after the support beam is replaced, a bunch of floor joist have to be replaced.

I am not sure how the bottom plate of the wall looks. I suspect it will have to be replaced.
