Deer roast

1 deer roast
2 packs onion soup
3 packs brown gravy mix
1 onion
6 Irish potatoes
1 pack mushroom

Season deer roast with salt, black pepper, tony's, onion powder, wichishire sauce and all spice. Put in crock pot and turn the crock pot on low. Mix soup mix and brown gravy mix in 2 cups of water and pour into the crock pot and finish adding water until half of roast is submerged. Peel, wash and cut up potatoes into bite size pieces. Peel and cut up onion into thin slices Mix potatoes, onion and mushrooms togather and set around and on top of roast. For best results cook over night on low or start on low before you leave in the morning so it is done by dinner time.
